Friday is here!!!!!

YEAH !!!! I had a great week and even a better day. I was much calmer and feeling more like myself again. I felt like doing something different so thought I would hit some low impact in the sauna and then do my yoga at the gym.... ( I would normally sweat yoga and cool cardio but thought I would mix it up) the gym also has a sauna and the pool area is warm and moist. (you just dont want to be cold is the key) So I moved the mini tramp in and got my step set up and went to town wearing my new heart monitor. I did intervals of running on the step and jumping jacks on the tramp. It was AWESOME!!!  I had a blast and came out feeling great. My heart rate was showing me I was doing intense work raging from 150's to high 170's. I kept the environment safe and stepped out at the 40 mark for a min to cool and refill my water. I recovered very well and did not feel any effects ect. After breakfast we hit the gym with my yoga gear in tow. I asked front desk of the sauna temp and she aid 104 ... I was like OH thats nothing I'll hit the sauna. I have been in it before and remember it feeling very cool esp on the floor. .................. OH SO NOT THE CASE  LOL I died :) It was way too hot and I ended up leaving after the standing series to finish the floor series in the pool area. Even leaving when I did it was too much (it was 80 c and a norm temp would be like 41-43 c) combined with my heat exposure already in the morn.......
I again did not get sick or anything just felt it in my body that it was too much chemical stress. Next time I will be hitting the pool area!!!!!!!!
Kaylee and I had a great day after. Though TONS of errands and arranging for a new acct to be open and switched over AHHH I hate finances and appts. We did get home though in time to play her fav game before dinner :)
