In the afternoon we went to get some blood work for me done and then bought some ingredients for a baking session. (rice crispy treats and peanut butter cookies.) Kaylee had a blast and loved eating it as fast as we could make it LOL.

Tuesday
I don't have too much to say ( I know that is weird for me ..... ) but I'm sure once I get warmed up it will start to flow. So I have this new schedule as I'm sure you have noticed and I am LOVING it. Today was my sauna aerobics and yoga /vibration training day. For the aerobics in the sauna I use my step and mini tramp. I alternate between running up and down on the step and jogging while doing front lat raises on the tramp. It is a killer work our and out of everything I do this one burns the most cals at a whopping 390-430 per session (keeping in mind this is bases on my weight and stats from my heart monitor and if I were to base it on ave stats and weight it be about 800 - 860) In a reg cardio session I burn about 260 - 300 cals and in a 90 min bikram yoga class its about 230-290. In a reg 90 min yoga class its about 130 and rollerblading and rowing break in at about 150 in one hour. So there is all the break down... I thought it was very int. and love playing with my toy LOL at any rate yes I had a great session. I was tired when I woke up and just did not sleep right but got going and finished strong. I was kicking myself though because when I first went in I realized I forgot to turn the fan on.....with no air circulating all the heat stays on the ceiling and the furnace does not kick in. It only took a few mins to get all back to norm though. After a long cool down and some breakfast Kaylee and I hit the hot room together for our yoga class. I LOVE doing yoga with her and we have such a blast. She loves hanging all over me and just spending the time together. I only turn it on to about 95 to keep it warm and safe while we stretch. Then after a bath and a change we are off to the park!! Had a great time on the swing and going down the slide (not to mention getting filthy in the rocks!!) then home time for lunch and nap. I rocked out a 30 min vibration session and am just still in awe I have a power plate in my house LOL LOVE it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
