tuesday

So I had an interesting day and here goes...... I heated up the sauna for some low impact aerobics and KICKED it !!! I did one hour and alternated between running up and down step for one song and running on the trampoline for one song. Let me tell you.... it was INTENSE LOL but awesome. The last time I did this I had to take a break about 40 mins in to refill water and cool down for a sec. This time I did the WHOLE 60 mins and did not feel like dying. I have been wearing my heart monitor and heres the scoop......

thats the skinny (no pun intended) after the sauna and breakfast we hit the gym so I could do my yoga while Kaylee was in playcare. I went into the pool area where it is the warmest and moistest and laid out my mat. It was very interesting to do it in public and silent. (with no cues or tapes) but I had a great relaxing time and let me tell you after my morn session.... I NEEDED it !!!!! Then I hit the vibration machine for 20 mins and too had a blast. We came home had lunch, naps and cleaned up a bit. Then when Kaylee woke up we went to go see my great aunt and walked around the geese park.
That was pretty much my day.... dinner walk and chat with hubby popcorn and tv ect pretty much par for the course.
