yoga needed with a cranky sick child in my midst

LOL Yes she is one cranky bear. When she's cranky she gets wound up and just wired throwing herself around and is just full of no's and her own agenda. Basically your typical 2 year old LOL which she usually is not (I'm VERY lucky to have a clam and well behaved child) For the past three days she has been testing and testing and I've been very much enjoying the peace yoga brings me .......as well as my nightly espresso vodka :)
My class yesterday was very strange and full of surprises but good. I said yesterday I've been reminded and connected with my OLD practice before even becoming a mother. This day was no different. I worked HARD, fell out of poses and felt like I was exploring and learning as I went. Interesting for sure. It was awesome though. I guess it feels like that because I have not been able to do the actual REAL poses since I broke my hip until now. I kind of AM starting over as a newbie so to speak. It rocked anyway. I am LOVING the whole thing (so far....... check me at day 30 LOL)
After breakfast we hit the gym as Kaylee is finally well enough to go to playcare. I did my hour of power weights (including core work and stretching) rowed for 20 mins and 20 mins of vibration training (way to complicated to explain... you'll have to check it out) very cool and felt great. I do LOVE my weight days.... ok you caught me I love all my workouts :) check ya soon
