Yesterday was an interesting day for me. I had a great class and everything was awesome. The conditions were perfect my focus was good and all was par for the course. I had a great balancing series and noticed tiny improvements in a lot of the postures. I left class though and started to feel anxious about 20 mins later. It was like my defenses were all up and my body seemed to be on hyper drive a little stressed out. I carried on but asked myself some questions like was I too hot? were my sugars too low? did I rush my savasana... why was my body feeling stressed? This feeling stayed with me in ups and downs through the day ... was I tired? I just went downstairs to turn on the sauna........ the vent was closed ALL the way LOL I had no fresh oxygen in class yesterday!!!!!
Moving on LOL After breakfast I hit the gym and did my elliptical and was floored ...... I'm not sure if it was because I was on a different machine than the last time but WOW I totally rocked it out. I upped levels and speeds like no ones business and finished strong. (I'm going to have to grab that same one again... wink)
Kaylee and I had a good day though. After lunch we went for a nice long buggy ride with Molson and got a slushee. Just enjoyed the sunshine and the rest of the day!
