Yesterday I did low impact step in the sauna leading with my right leg to strengthen my weak muscles on that side. I LOVE this workout! Aerobics in the sauna is intense and really gets your body going. Of course you have to be VERY careful and I dont want any one doing this without help from someone trained to do so. ( I am certified ) Then I spent the day with my girl shopping as we do best LOL and pounded out an intense weight routine in the afternoon. AWESOME talk soon

out of luck
yes unfortunately the roads were way too bad to go be with my Dad :( I could tell he sounded upset and said that if the roads were better he would come in this morn, but its still snowing here so I'm not sure what hes going to do. I'll have to give him a call this morn and see. To make a long story short though I did not get any quiet time myself. I did however put some thinking into my yoga plans and schedule. It will take some experimenting and I'll probably have to tweak it here and there but it's put together at any point. I decided to alternate between the early morn and afternoon yoga. I also alternate my cardio and weights and other forms of exercise. We will see how it goes and as I said it may take some tweaking as I get into it. Whenever I revamp my routine it takes a few trail runs and I end up rewriting the draft to make my final product as it were.
