The other questions on my brain are...... What are my goals? What am I hoping to achieve out of this? How long do I want his to challenge to go on for? Am I doing 7 day a week practice or am I taking that day of rest each week? A lot to consider. Now I said in my story that I have done 6-7 days a week including doubles and back to backs before. This type of practice is not new to me, however what is new is recording it and doing that type of practice for an extended period with a goal in mind. I cant tell you exactly how long long I've gone doing consecutive classes because I've never counted!!! I've also never done a 7 day a week practice (the odd time while doing a 6 day practice but never long term)
So this brings me to what do I want of this? That is a good question.... I would have to say off they fly that what I'm looking to do and accomplish is to challenge my body, grow as a person, discover new things about myself, and come out at the end feeling a sense of accomplishment and newness. ........ wow !!! Not too much to ask LOL
The nest phase and questions would be about the hows and whats and wheres. I have an unlimited pass to the studio and a sauna converted into a hot room in our house. I practice in both but here is the complicated thing. I have a two year old daughter remember.. and a hubby that works out of town. So I can only practice while she's sleeping or I have a babysitter unless my hubby is home. I can practice either early in the morn or during her nap and don't forget I also have other things I like to do too on top of regular house duties and life!!!! Hmmmm
let me ponder this for a bit and pound a solution. Looks like I need to do some soul searching before I begin my soul searching LOL
